Descriptions and Specifications of products
Wheat Displays have made every effort reasonable to accurately describe all products / services offered on this website. However there may be minor deviations to the descriptions. Should there be any such deviations these are inadvertent and are not intended to mislead customers in any way.

Prices
All prices quoted are ex works and exclude VAT and are subject to the standard UK rate of 17.5%

Method of Payment
Payment must be made, in full, when placing the order. Normally payment should be made via major credit card / debit card. When paying by cheque goods can only be despatched against cleared payment.

Carriage and delivery
All delivery charges will be passed on “at cost” as indicated on the website to the buyer. In cases of larger orders / deliveries, or orders to be delivered outside mainland UK a separate delivery charge will be quoted separately. Should the buyer find the quotation unacceptable then the order may be cancelled within seven working days of the quotation.

Delivery Lead Times
Wherever possible stock items will be despatched to you within 48 hours of purchase. It is our policy in all cases to effect delivery on all goods as quickly as possible. If goods need assembly, or if there are artwork / printing elements involved we will, on receipt of all relevant information, quote a despatch date.

Title to Goods
Please note that the title to any goods sold from this website remains with Wheat Displays until the goods are paid for in full. Once this is affected all risk and ownership passes to the buyer.

Warranties/Complaints/Returns/Loss or Damage
Unless otherwise stated all goods sold from this website carry a 1 year manufacturers warranty against breakdown/mechanical failure. In this case goods will be replaced or repaired where appropriate, or if this cannot be done a full refund to legitimate claims will be given.

Should you receive goods which you are not happy with your complaint must be registered in writing within 7 days along with your requested course of action. On receipt of such a complaint Wheat Displays will contact you to resolve the matter in the best interests of both parties.

If it is agreed that the goods are to be returned they must be sent in the original packaging to the Wheat Displays address as shown at the top of these terms and conditions. Goods returned without an explanation in writing prior to the return will not be accepted.

If you receive goods which appear to be damaged in transit please inform us immediately. Please advise your goods in department either not to accept the delivery or to sign for the delivery with the written comment “unexamined”

Wheat Displays take every precaution to avoid loss or damage of goods including responsible appointment of agents such as couriers. However neither Wheat Displays nor any of their appointed agents can be held liable for any loss or damage however caused to goods being handled by them or their agents.

Please note you statutory rights under UK law are not affected
